The three blue sapphire gemstones are cut into an oval shape and begin with a smaller stone at the top, gradually growing in size towards the bottom of the drop. The sapphire stones hang from a diamond-set bale, which attaches to a matching 18ct white gold trace chain measuring between 40 and 42cm.
